These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tgjili online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, games, and promotions offered through tgjili.net. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the tgjili platform in any capacity.

By registering a tgjili account, accessing the tgjili lobby, making a deposit, or placing any form of wager on the platform, you affirm that:

Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, or Driver's License. Players who fail to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by tgjili may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending verification.

2.3 Geographical Eligibility. tgjili services are intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the tgjili platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tgjili makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one active tgjili account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. tgjili employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your tgjili account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address and mobile number you own and control. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.3 KYC Verification. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal from tgjili. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID, proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgjili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tgjili will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity conducted through your tgjili account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you.

3.5 Account Transfer. tgjili accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your tgjili account or any account balance to any other person.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tgjili currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Currency. All tgjili account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the tgjili cashier page at the time of deposit. tgjili reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in the tgjili account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested after completion of KYC verification. tgjili reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of identity, age, and payment method ownership.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. Supported withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

5.3 Processing Times. tgjili aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the following indicative timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically 1–3 banking business days, subject to bank processing schedules.

These timeframes are indicative only. tgjili does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or system maintenance.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees. tgjili does not deduct processing fees from player withdrawals. Your net balance as displayed in your tgjili account is the amount transferred to your nominated payment method, subject to any applicable third-party payment provider fees.

5.5 Source of Funds. tgjili reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected on an account, as required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by tgjili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all tgjili bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount), as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the tgjili promotions page.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. tgjili employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across accounts, and any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, tgjili bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with other offers, only one bonus may be active in your tgjili account at any time.

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the tgjili platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers. The outcome of each game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by tgjili or any player action outside the normal rules of that game.

7.2 Technical Failures. 7.4 Disputed Results. Game outcomes determined by the relevant game provider's server records are final. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tgjili platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the tgjili platform while under the age of 21;

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity onto the tgjili platform.

10.2 Limited Licence. tgjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tgjili platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tgjili content; use tgjili's trademarks or branding without prior written authorisation; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the tgjili platform.

10.3 User Content. Any communications, feedback, or content submitted by you to tgjili (including chat messages and support queries) may be used by tgjili for service improvement purposes. You grant tgjili a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for these purposes.

11.1 No Warranty. The tgjili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tgjili makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tgjili does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information on the platform.

11.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgjili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tgjili platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from game outcomes.

11.3 Force Majeure. tgjili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond tgjili's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or cyber-attacks.

11.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, tgjili's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tgjili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tgjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tgjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the tgjili Privacy Policy.

tgjili processes personal data for the purposes of: account registration and management; identity and age verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct; personalising your tgjili experience; complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and communicating promotional offers where you have opted in to receive them.

tgjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. • The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction;

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, tgjili reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, any balance derived from such conduct (including associated winnings) may be forfeited.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the tgjili platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the tgjili platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 13.3.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations and the rules of the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and tgjili arising from your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. 15.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or the appropriate Philippine courts, as the case may be.

15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the tgjili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tgjili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
